The two TreeFarm Deciduous and Palms libraries contain over 1500 low-poly photorealistic tree models with leaf and bark textures already applied. The two libraries contain 76 distinct tree objects - 58 deciduous objects and 18 palm objects. The deciduous trees offer 6 leaf variations per tree and 5 color variations per leaf. The palm trees offer 5 leaf (frond) colors per tree, and leaves can be interchanged from tree object to tree object.
The high-resolution textures give the low poly tree and palm models the look of large, conventional 3D models that contain upwards to 30 times the polygon count and usually costing at least ten times the price. The average TreeFarm™ model contains only about 3000 polygons, while leaf and frond maps are 1024 x 1024 pixels. Add optional bark textures and bonus leaf textures and you have a total combination of different looks for over 10,000 trees!

The two TreeFarm libraries are not plugins or software programs. They simply consist of two large collections of preset, drop-in-your scene 3D models. Through the use of multiple map types applied to the low poly sculpted trees and their leaves, you can achieve true photorealism with preset alpha mapping, diffusion, specularity, bump height and even translucency. Mixing and matching with optional bark textures adds even more tree model possibilities. Available in the three most popular native and importable formats – .MAX, OBJ and LWO – you have the flexibility to add these to most any 3D program supporting those formats.
