Marlin Studios announces double product release:
     Suburban House 3D Models and Seamless Roofing Textures

Graphics studio and publisher Marlin Studios has announced a double product release with two new products, one a 3D model library and the other a seamless textures library.

"Premium 3D Models - Suburban Houses" and "Seamless Textures 10 - Rooftop Materials" were designed for compatible use, or as standalone products. They mark the 18th and 19th products in a series of highly useable textures and 3d model libraries created for use by 2D and 3D graphics artists. The texture maps and models can be used in virtually any computer graphics program.

According to company president Tom Marlin, the products were created in response to demands by computer graphics artists who require the depiction of both virtual residential and commercial structures. "The products are especially useful for architectural artists and game developers, but their uses can be extended to almost any area of computer graphics art," he said.

"We tried to kill two birds with one stone with this double release, because the 3D models and textures complement themselves so well" he added. "We also priced the products to fit just about anyone's digital asset budget. For example, most 3D house models sell for anywhere from $25.00 to $500 online, while ours sell for less than $2.00 each. And you get a great selection to choose from."

The "Premium 3D Models - Suburban Houses" library includes 105 highly detailed 3D models, with a wide variety ranging from one-story and two-story houses to ranch style and Victorian homes. The models are available in .3DS, .OBJ and LWO object formats, which are importable into most 3D programs. For those unable to use these formats, a 30-day copy of Right Hemisphere's Deep Exploration™ is included for conversion to other formats.

The "Seamless Textures 10 - Rooftop Materials" library consists of most types of residential and commercial roofing textures. The seamlessly tileable texture library includes hard-to-find clay tile, metal, slate, shingles, asphalt and more. Four file sizes are offered, the largest being 1900 x 1900 pixels and the smallest at 256 x 256 pixels. Matching bump maps are also provided.

Both libraries include a thumbnail browser for conveniently searching the models or textures.
