"The Pike Drive- In"

| For years, when I was just an artist kid, I drove by the ruins of this old drive-in movie on the outskirts of Ft. Worth, Texas. I was fascinated by the place during its heyday in the 50s, so I decided to "reanimate" it in living color, based on an old b/w photo. I also tried to capture the style of advertising illustration from that period. |
